Gage Academy of Art is committed to providing an unmatched foundation in the principles of drawing, paintings and sculpture to artists of all levels of proficiency.

Gage seeks to prepare artists to achieve their individual goals and to meet the creative challenges of the twenty-first century with insight, skill and sound technique, regardless of medium or style.

Gage Academy has become a national resource for artists, from beginners to seasoned professionals, who seek quality arts education and professional development opportunities. Many students hold full-time jobs. The flexibility and openness of the educational programs at Gage allow our students to pursue technical skills or subject matter on a schedule that suits their personal needs. At the same time, the Academy offers a full-time curriculum for those engaging in art making as a career.

Professional instructors at the academy are artists representing a wide spectrum of approaches and philosophies – artists whose passion for sharing what they do creates precisely the sort of studio learning that enables you to acquire the technical skills to realize your inner vision.
