Gage presents professionally taught, tuition-based art classes year-round to children and teens ages 6 to 18. It is our goal to open these programs to as many young artists as possible who cannot afford to pay full or partial tuition.
In order to place a minimum of two aspiring scholarship artists in every program, Gage seeks to raise a minimum of $20,000 in scholarship funds on an annual basis. You are invited to provide the gift of art education to a young artist at the following levels:
- $150 pays for one teen to take an after-school or Saturday art class with progressive, skill-building curricula.
- $250 pays for one child or teen to attend a week-long summer art workshop, building creativity and skills in fine, applied and performance arts.
- $1350 pays for one teen to participate in a four-week summer Intensive pre-college certificate program where serious teen artists build portfolios in a focused, professional training program in fine and applied arts.
Should you wish to make a contribution in support of youth scholarships, please write a memo on your check or giving form to restrict your gift to the Gage Youth Scholarship Fund.
