Gage Teen Students NEW! Gage Academy of Art and Ingraham High School are offering a Figure Studio Series for all northend high school students starting this fall!

Professional teaching artists lead this Figure Studio Series to teach you the fundamentals of drawing, painting and sculpting as you work from the live model. Build your skills, build your confidence and build your portfolio all year long.

Note that the classes are held at Ingraham High School, located at 1819 N 135th St. Seattle, WA.

*Contact your advisor/art teacher to see if your school offers credit for taking all three classes!*

Gage @ Ingraham receives support from Seattle Public Schools and Utrecht on Capitol Hill.

TI1202 | Figure Studio: Sculpting
3/27-5/22, Tuesday 3:00pm-5:30pm
[8 weeks, no class week of Spring Break]

Learn to sculpt a realistic portrait in clay. You start by building a simplified structure of the body, and work with a live model to mold in features and details. Over the course of the class you learn about the anatomy of the head, neck and torso. In addition, explore modeling techniques with an emphasis on the overall composition of the sculpture.

This program is held at Ingraham High School.
