RULES AND REGULATIONS

A completed submission includes the full digital submission form (submitted online), a completed W-9, and a completed label template (both provided for download via email). The label template must be filled out in sequential submission order (submission 1, 2, 3, etc.). Artists must name the file with their first and last name (ex. JohnSmith18). If all of these documents aren’t received by the deadline stated above, the artist will not be eligible to participate in the show/sale.

There is no content censorship (bar profanity and sexually explicit images) or medium regulations. Artwork of all forms is welcome. Artists are limited to a maximum of 10 works. Works cannot be larger than 12″W X 16″H for 2D works, and 12″W X 12″D X 16″H for 3D works. If the artist submits a sizeable number of large works, Gage will have to be selective in order to accommodate a fair amount of space to other participating artists.

Artists will be responsible for hanging their own work. Artists will be given designated spaces based on number of submissions. The spaces will be taped out in sections, and labeled by artist name. Gage will have a limited number of hammers on site, so it is recommended that the artist brings their own if they have one. Gage will provide standard nails, screws and hooks. If the artist’s work requires specific hanging hardware, it is their responsibility to provide it. ALL ARTWORK MUST BE HANG READY. Gage will not have any hanging hardware (wire, saw tooth hangers, etc.) available for use. Gage staff will be on site to assist with hanging for those that need it.
