Independent Minor Scholarship Form

This scholarship is intended for Youth Summer Programs.

Please fill out this form if the student is an emancipated minor, experiencing homelessness, or does not have access to guardian’s financial information.

Applications are due: MAY 15, 2019 and are applicable for summer workshop/class per year.

Gage Academy of Art is a non-profit arts organization. Gage intends to serve all motivated students who desire to receive an arts education. We offer full scholarships to students who show financial need. Gage Academy of Art admits students of any race, color, nationality, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the Gage Academy of Art.
