Mandy Theis (Hallenius) is a professional visual artist who exhibits regularly throughout the United States. In addition to her degree in Art Education from Montana State University, she is a graduate of the Aristides Atelier program. Create realistic paintings of flowers in oil from freshly cut floral arrangements. Students will work on setting up flowers for successful painting and drawing our subjects onto canvas. Focus on color theory and maintaining unity of light and dark in order to bring the essence of each individual flower into a final piece of work.
